ABOUT ME

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but consider myself a "third-culture child". I've lived in 10 cities across  Canada, USA, Bahamas, Colombia, and the Middle East (Bahrain & UAE). I would be lying if I said this lifestyle has always been easy. The transitions have been hard for me at times, and adapting to each place has proven challenging in many ways. But what I can say is it awakened a curiosity about people. About their lives, their backgrounds, their experiences, their stories & their hardships.

I first took this curiosity and applied it to my passion for acting, which is what studied after high-school. However, after what you could call a “start-of-life” crisis, I decided to go to Law School. Law school taught me how to think, how to analyze, I learned about the way the world works, and it’s also where I met my husband. But once I got my Law Degree, I realized I wasn’t as passionate about Law as I was about acting (I continued doing acting on the side while I was in Law School).

So the next phase of my life took me back to acting, specifically to New York, where I completed the Conservatory Program at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. My years in New York fostered my creativity to completely new levels.

I eventually returned to Argentina, where I discovered a passion for teaching actors of all ages & directing. I helped actors grow in their craft, overcome obstacles on stage (which are also the same obstacles they face off-stage). I developed workshops for companies like HSBC, Esset, ITBA University, applying acting exercises and games for the development of soft-skills. I discovered I had a talent for helping people, not just actors, become more aware of themselves, their abilities, their desires, their hurdles. Now, I’m based in Calgary, Canada, where I work as a coach.

My life has not been challenge free. Every re-start at a new country implied a bit of an identity crisis. Of having to re-find myself in a new place, with new people, and new ways of being perceived. I have had more than one career crisis, and re-directioned the course of my life. I’ve also become a mother, with all of the joy and struggles that come with it.

Whether you’re facing a crisis, or have lost yourself somewhere along the way. Whether you’re unsure of what comes next, have lost your motivation, or are struggling to find a balance that fulfills you. We can work together to figure it out, and develop a plan to help you get there.
