
THE PROCESS

The process begins with a free initial 1 hr conversation, to learn a little more about each other, and asses if we’re a good fit.

If we decide to move forward with the full coaching process, the first session will be a 1.5hr session. In this session we’ll get more clarity on the focus of the coaching process, design an alliance that will best work for you, and establish the foundation for the rest of the process.

Then, the regular one-on-one sessions begin. They last 50 min each.
We can structure the sessions in three different ways:
3 Months
1 session per week
4 sessions per month
